Registration
All participants MUST register with BC Soccer. You are required to pay the registration fee - we will fully reimburse you upon successful completion of the training, after you have refereed 3 games for youth soccer and after you have attended 3 referee meetings.
Every participant must complete a pre-course assignment. Once you are registered you will get a confirmation email from BC Soccer - and a link to the assignment. If you are having problems registering send an mailto:coastreferees@gmail.com your name and phone number. (Stephanie will call you)
Entry Level Referee Course
The entry level referee course is the entry point into 11 a side soccer. Once this individual is successful in passing this clinic, they will be classified as a Youth Referee (14 - 15 years of age) or a District Referee (16+ years of age)
Pre-requisite: Minimum 14 years of age by date of clinic Clinic length: 17 hours Fee: $131.25 plus $4.46 user fee

Small Sided Referee Course

Pre-requisite: Minimum 12 Years old Course Length: 6 hours Course Fee: $40.00 (plus a $4.46 user fee / system processing fee)
The Small Sided Referee Clinic is the basics of refereeing and is offered to individuals who are no less than 12 years of age at the time of the course. Once an individual is successful in passing this clinic, they are classified as Small Sided Referee and may officiate in any match with players between U6 and U12.
