Who is involved:

• Players identified through year-round continuous evaluation
• Players who formally submit an Expression of Interest to be considered for the Competitive Pathway
• If a player has been identified but has not yet expressed interest, families may be contacted and invited to submit an Expression of Interest

What Phase 1 involves:

• Game-based open evaluations
• Participation is limited to non-Competitive pathway players

Outcome of Phase 1:

• A trimmed group of players progresses to Phase 2
• Players who do not progress are informed that their evaluation process concludes at this stage
