Who participates:
- Players who successfully progressed from Phase 1
- These players are not currently part of the Competitive pathway
What Phase 2 involves:
- Continued game-based evaluations
- Matches against current Competitive and Pre-Competitive teams
- Assessment of how players perform against higher-level opposition in realistic match conditions
Evaluation focus:
- The Technical Director observes all players involved in the matches
- This includes both players being evaluated and current Competitive and Pre-Competitive players
Outcome of Phase 2:
- A further reduced group of players progresses to Phase 3
- Players who do not progress are informed that their evaluation process concludes at this stage
